Organizaton Projects

Marie Kondo may have given up, but I haven't!

I've helped countless people organize and streamline their spaces. From a closet or a kitchen, to a major move, I can help you declutter and un-hoard! No one can do it by themselves...the emotional burden is too great! That's why you can use me.

I'll try to put more before and after photos on here, but honestly, people are too embarrassed by their "before" pics to let me show them.

3 bachelors needed someone to come in and make sense of their cabinets and kitchen shelves.

Depression symptom

This is not my normal type of job...but it was a dear friend who needed help after her apartment had gotten into practically a hoarding situation due to depression. She needed to clear it out prior to moving. It was not easy. It took a month, 4 to 5 hours a day, but I got it done in time.

Decluttering can be an emotionally challenging process, and sometimes I really need to be more of a therapist. For this client (stock photo--not pictured) I sat with her patiently as she tried on each item in her crowded closet, helping her get to the point of realizing what needed to be purged. Sometimes just by being there, I can help someone realize they already know what they need to do.

Trying On New Dress

10 bookcases filled with 4,000 books

An older gentleman had 10 bookcases overflowing with over 4,000 books, and he was relocating to a retirement home. Obviously he couldn't take them all with him. I helped him go through them all, deciding with ones to keep, and which to let go of. Once we decided, I researched and found a pastor in a church who takes them and sends them to poor students in Africa, which saved them from going to waste in a landfill.
